  Airborne Visuals offers 6 different categories of trade show cases:
  • Banner cases are designed to protect your individual displays such as retractable banner stands when using UPS or Fed Ex. The SmartPak individual banner stand case will work with displays that have a maximum base size of 39.5”x5”x5”. The OCD molded banner case will protect a banner stand that has a flat base with a maximum size of 44.75”x13”x4”.
  • Graphic cases are available in many different sizes and shapes to safely ship your trade show graphics panels and bundled banner stands. They come with wheels and can be shipped wih UPS or Fed Ex.
  • Freight cases available from Illinois and California feature heavy duty large shipping crates in fortified thermoplastic shell. Due to their large sizes they can not be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex.
  • Pop up case: We offer several choices of rotomolded cases on wheels that are typically used to store and carry pop up displays. They can be converted into a counter or a podium with locking door, custom printed cover and laminated counter tops.
  • Trade show carrying bags are light weight padded carrying bags that are used to transport your displays and exhibit items but may not be suitable for shipping in the long-run.

Things to know when shipping your trade show cases

  

• Display and retractable banner stand cases will not be allowed as carry-on luggage on airplanes (except for the smaller light fixture carrying cases). Of course the airlines will be happy to check it as luggage piece for an additional fee but as such, your banner stand case may be subject to inspection resulting in the forceful opening of your shipping case.
• If you use a common carrier such as FedEx or UPS, you will be billed on dimensional weight based on the shipping case dimension instead of the actual weight (surprisingly resulting in a much higher shipping cost).
• When shipping your trade show fret cases, select the advanced warehouse shipping method as opposed to the on-side shipping which accepts incoming exhibit shipment only at certain time often resulting in driver waiting time and higher cost.
